We endeavour to answer comments and questions from our customers as soon as possible. We are small business however and are often swamped with inquiries via Social Media (Facebook , Twitter and Instagram) as well as email and via phone.
We strive to answer your inquiries as fast as possible, and do so in the order they arrive. MANY factors can impact our response times, including holidays, business trips to purchase product, hand picking new imports, attending trade shows, performing and receiving training, sleep (overrated), enjoying family time and the occasional bout of general drunkenness. (Just joking…not really).
The point is, please remember that we are doing the best we can at all times, before you crucify us on Social media for not getting back to you the day after your order, or the hour after for that matter. We believe we offer fantastic products at fair price, and that sometimes means we are “swamped”, “in the weeds”, and are doing the best we can. All this while trying to grow the business, and keep the bills paid. Just like you.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product unless otherwise indicated on the product. Some products are as is and no returns unless a defect is present. Personalized or other customized product (armorer work, Cerakote work, TiN, Nitride and stipple to name but a few) may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
